Unopened Container Requirement
Due to contamination risks, returns are only accepted for lubricants in their original, factory-sealed UN/DOT packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Restocking & Handling Fees
A standard 15% restocking fee applies to all returns to cover HAZMAT inspection and recertification costs.
